Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift: 8 AM-5 PM | Monday-Friday

• Perform data entry related to warehouse inventory, shipments, and transactions
• Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Use ES400 system for tracking, documentation, and warehouse reporting
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all systems
• Support general warehouse administrative and clerical functions as needed
• Communicate with internal teams regarding inventory updates and warehouse activity
• Ensure strong attention to detail in all data entry and documentation tasks
• Follow company procedures for recordkeeping and information processing
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
