Responsibilities:
Inventory Control & Material Handling Responsibilities
Perform material put-aways of received inventory materials. Ensure items are stored in correct locations and accurately recorded in inventory systems.In a timely manner, pull stocked materials required for active jobs and route materials to the appropriate facility area, with proper documentation, and notification to the area supervisor.Spearhead cycle count initiatives within the warehouse. Perform daily cycle counts and participate in full inventory audits.Maintain stocking levels of consumable materialsSupport Shipping Department as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills required.Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.Proficient in Pioneer's software systems: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.), NetSuite ERP system, and FreightView.Knowledge of inventory control procedures, freight coordination, and OSHA safety standards.
Work Environment:
Work to be performed in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.Fast-paced warehouse environment with regular exposure to forklifts, pallet jacks, and various shipping/receiving equipment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus).Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
