**Job Summary**
Humano is hiring for a 1st shift Warehouse Clerk that will be part of the general Distribution Center team. This team member will provide administrative support through routine office and clerical tasks. This role involves performing cross-functional duties within the Distribution Center to support workflow and operational processes. Collaboration with the process SA team and Receiving team is crucial to ensure efficient handling of incoming merchandise.
**Schedule:**
1st Shift 7:00am start time
**Pay:**
1st Shift: $18.00 per hour
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Provide daily reports on incoming merchandise by category
- Report QC failures daily
- Manage chargeback and warning reports
- Track weekly QC failures and TOP samples
- Maintain up-to-date QC reports
- Provide daily recaps
**Deliverables:**
- Maintain a filing system for all retained documents
- Pull various production reports
- Perform data entry for record management
- Sort incoming mail and distribute appropriately
- Complete tasks as assigned by department manager/supervisors
**Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Well-organized with multitasking abilities
- Preferred experience in a large-scale warehouse/distribution center
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends, graveyard shifts, holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs., perform repetitive motions, and sit for extended periods

**Qualifications:**
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some related experience or training
- Ability to satisfactorily perform essential duties
