Intake Call Notes
Forklift Certified
Able to lift boxes over 50lbs
Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving
A plus - if they are able to work a FedEx Website
A plus - experience creating Bill of Lading (BOL)
Will be moving CO2 cryogenic tanks around the warehouse and palletizing them. 300 - 500lbs
The larger CO2 cryogenic tanks will be moved by a third party
Interview preference - onsite interviews
Shift time: 8am - 5pm (flexibility is available) or 7am - 4pm, etc.
Temp backfill - the work location will be closing. The Warehouse associate\'s assignment will conclude once the project work is completed. Expected end date Dec or Jan.

Summary

This individual will be responsible for daily logistics tasks, including accepting and verifying inbound deliveries, receiving shipments, labeling materials, and storing items in designated areas. Key duties include managing inventory transactions within the Warehouse Management System. Forklift experience is required, and previous chemical handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
Work safely and adhere to all established safety guidelines and cleanup procedures for spills.
Perform receiving and distribution of materials and components into and out of inventory.
Process inbound orders, deliveries, and return-to-vendor (RMA) items.
Maintain inventory accuracy within Oracle Inventory systems and communicate issues promptly.
Operate powered industrial equipment safely (e.g., forklifts).
Support site 5S initiatives, waste reduction, and recycling programs.
Proactively identify process efficiencies and support new business tools and methods.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
1%2B years of experience in the chemicals or compressed gases field.
Valid Forklift Certification
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
