Warehouse Clerk

Johnson Service Group is seeking a Warehouse Clerk for one of our clients in the Chicago area. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, shipping, and RMA processing.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, organize, and process incoming shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory using RF/scan guns and ERP systems
• Prepare, weigh, label, and process outbound shipments
• Process RMAs, returns, damages, and shortages
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse
• Coordinate with Inventory, Purchasing, and Project teams
• Maintain shipping supplies and warehouse records
• Make deliveries to job sites as needed
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely shipment processing

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred
• Inventory control experience required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn ERP systems
• Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and USPS regulations
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs. and work in hot/humid environments
• Professional communication and strong attention to detail

Contract to hire $22-24/hr.
