As a Concierge+ Support Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless fulfillment and distribution of finished products, supporting our innovative Concierge+ solutions. Your expertise will help keep operations running smoothly and ensure customer satisfaction at every turn.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in logistics within a manufacturing setting
Proficient in using ERP systems and automated shipping platforms
Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, word processing, and database management
Ability to read and interpret general correspondence, procedures, and technical documentation
Skilled in packing, shipping, and inventory management
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift as needed
Capable of performing network configurations on products (as required)
Nice to Have Skills:
Knowledge of GMP and ISO-9000 standards
Prior experience operating a forklift
Familiarity with electronics, computer programming, or related fields
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED is required
An Associate Degree in Electronics, Computer Programming, or a related field is preferred
Other Requirements:
Ability to work in a team environment with regular attendance in accordance with departmental needs
Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Willingness to follow safety protocols and participate in ongoing training
