We are seeking a driven, hands-on Warehouse Controller to take full ownership of our warehouse operations. This role requires a strong leader who stays on top of inventory, shipping and receiving, staff performance, and overall organization of the facility. The ideal candidate leads from the front, keeps operations running smoothly, and maintains a clean, efficient, and well-organized warehouse at all times.
Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations
Maintain accurate inventory management and controls
Supervise shipping and receiving to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency
Ensure all products are properly stored, labled, and organized
Lead, manage, and hold warehouse staff accountable for performance and standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment
Implement and enforce warehouse procedures and best practices
Monitor workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role
Strong inventory management and logistics knowledge
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage people and processes
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to oversee multiple moving parts simultaneously
Strong accountability and problem-solving skills

Compensation: $130,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Friday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM 12:00 PM
