Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator 1 - WHC1
Location: Forest Park, GA 30297
Duration: August 24, 2026 –April 30, 2027
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Shift Timings: 1st shift

Job Description:
The Warehouse Coordinator 1 will support warehouse operations by managing construction materials, coordinating receiving activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring materials are properly stored and handled. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse operations and storage of construction/project materials.
Coordinate receiving activities with buyers, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
Inspect incoming materials for damage and ensure inspection records are maintained.
Prepare and provide receiving documentation for invoice verification.
Ensure materials are stored safely and according to storage requirements.
Coordinate preventative maintenance activities with appropriate teams until installation and turnover.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and warehouse documentation.
Perform data entry, document updates, consolidation, and distribution as required.
Support inventory control and material tracking activities.
Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Required Skills:

Warehouse operations or material handling experience.
Experience receiving, inspecting, and organizing materials.
Knowledge of inventory tracking and documentation processes.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift/pallet jack experience preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Education Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:

0–3 years of warehouse, logistics, construction materials, or supply chain experience.
Forklift certification/experience preferred.
Pallet jack operation experience preferred.
Experience working in a construction or utility warehouse environment is a plus.
