WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

LOCATION: MALAGA SHIPPING (ARVIN, CA.)

SHIFT: NIGHT (Monday - Saturday: 8:00pm - 4:30am)

REPORTS TO: SHIPPING MANAGER

About the Opportunity:

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator responsible for managing shipping order volume by assigning orders for picking, staging and, loading; based on various priorities, as well as managing and performing functions such as palletizing, door assignment, and check -in procedures. What You Will Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two - four years of logistics or warehouse experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
• Proven management, development, leadership, training and techniques to engage staff
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays depending on business needs.
• High detail oriented; perform duties with minimal supervision
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
