Iron Mountain is seeking a high-performingWarehouse Coordinator/Driver to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks for a team of associates to ensure the seamless movement of customer items.
In this role, you will:
Lead the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations while coordinating tasks for teams of associates to meet daily targets.
Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
Lead and promote all safety standards of conduct, including the safe handling of heavy items and the maintenance of a secure, organized warehouse environment.
30%-40% you will safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
Professional Leadership: 3+ years of professional work experience, with at least 6 months in a dedicated team lead role.
Experience and comfort with a physical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License and a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
Compensation: $23/hour
Overtime: Overtime pay is 1.5x hourly pay and is available pending the needs of the business.
