Warehouse Coordinator

What you'll be doing:

Receive, verify, inspect, properly label and distribute or store all incoming deliveries of product and documentsProcess outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx and various freight forwardersCoordinate material requests for all departments and document inventoryGenerate bills of lading and schedule pickups and deliveriesConduct cycle counts of finished goods inventoryReport incoming packages to appropriate department/end-userWorking knowledge and experience in inventory management

Requirements to Assure Success:

Familiarity with pic orders, Fed Ex and UPS shipping links, ability to read and understand stock status reports and material variance reportsWorking knowledge and experience in inventory managementExcellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyPC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and ERP SystemsMust be able to stand for long periods of time, lift 50-75 lbs. repeatedlyAbility to be versatile and adapt to a fast paced environment3-5 years of Warehousing/Shipping/Receiving Experience
