As a Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving inventory, receiving, and material flow discrepancies that occur within the SAP system affecting timely movement of parts. Coordinator is responsible for working with appropriate stakeholders in the warehouse or IT to bring to resolution exceptions to proper material flow.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary point of contact for system related discrepancy resolution in shipping, receiving and material handling functions, prior to escalating to IT / S4 SME
  • Monitors all warehouse management queues and logs that could be generating errors on a daily basis
  • Reconciling "Grief" Transactions, identifying and fixing discrepancies in the SAP system where material movement (e.g., receipt, transfer, picking) has stalled
  • Coordinating error resolution between appropriate stake holders when necessary and ensuring prompt response/resolution
  • Identifying common root causes of repeat transactional issues and bringing to the leadership for system resolution, process improvement or behavioral infractions
  • Audit compliance to warehouse processes

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma OR GED required. Associate Degree preferred.
  • 6 months distribution or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing initiatives preferred.
  • SAP S4 Warehouse management systems knowledge

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally, while maintaining a client service orientation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended period of times
  • Ability to work in a non-climate control environments
  • Ability to Operate an order picker, reach truck, and dock stocker

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $49,700 - 74,700

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Sales and Service Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
