Events Warehouse Associate

Our global manufacturing client is looking for an Events Warehouse Associate to support a unique mix of warehouse operations, inventory management, and event preparation. You'll help get products and materials ready for upcoming events, operate warehouse equipment, manage inventory, and occasionally support local event setups and installations.
If you have warehouse and hilo/forklift experience and enjoy staying active, organized, and involved in different types of work throughout the day, this could be a great next opportunity.
What Makes This Role Different
This isn't just a position focused on moving material from one side of a warehouse to another. You'll have a direct hand in preparing products for events and installations while helping keep the entire operation organized and running smoothly.
You'll get exposure to warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, equipment operation, and event support in one position.
What You'll Do
- Pull, stage, and prepare products and materials for upcoming events and installations.
- Operate a hilo/forklift to safely move inventory and equipment throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers and organize incoming and outgoing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for event-related products.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
- Support local event setups and installations as needed.
- Take ownership of day-to-day warehouse priorities and help ensure materials are ready when and where they're needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on hilo/forklift experience.
- Experience handling, organizing, and tracking inventory.
- Comfortable with physical warehouse work, including loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials.
- Dependable and available for a full-time Monday-Friday schedule.
- Able to work independently and stay organized while managing changing priorities.
Experience with event logistics, installations, or inventory management is a plus, but not required.
