Join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator, whereyou'llensure smooth inventory operations by verifying incoming materials, processing transactions, andmaintainingaccuraterecords in Oracle.You'lltroubleshoot discrepancies,optimizeworkflows, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Ifyou'redetail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!What You Will Do- System Updates:MonitorOracle for system updates and packing schedule changes.
- Inventory Processing: Process raw material receipts, ensuring all documents meet Panduit's commercial requirements.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in raw materials and finished goods.
- Stock Management: Conduct stock checks, generate inventory reports, and ensure system accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency byidentifyingandeliminatingwaste using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring customs compliance.
- Material Handling: Manage raw material transactions, including returns, exchanges, and temporary transfers.
- Inventory Monitoring: Track critical raw materials and products and notify departments of shortages or irregularities.
What You Will Bring- Education:High school diplomarequired.
- Experience: 1+ year in materials or warehouserole.
- Project Management:Skilled with handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Software:Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office.
- Skills:Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability toidentifyissues, gather data, and develop well-documented solutions.
- Customer Focus:Experience in resolving customer issues and navigating challenging situations effectively.
