SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations within the warehouse. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating freight schedules, inventory records and supporting reporting and presentation efforts per our customer. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, self-driven and thrives in a dynamic logistics environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound email communications related to truck scheduling
Coordinate with internal logistics and 3PL's to schedule outbound freight
Support the Warehouse Lead with daily operational activities and administrative needs
Maintain and update inventory records for all incoming and outgoing freight
Prepare and update weekly reports and presentations for the customer
Track and communicate delivery and shipment statuses to internal and external stakeholders
Assist in developing and improving internal processes for warehouse coordination and reporting
Aid in ensuring compliance with company policies and safety protocols within the warehouse
Required Education and/or Experiences:
3+ years of experience in warehouse coordination or logistics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and Inventory Tracking Systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
