Essential duties & responsibilities:

• Coordinates and prepares all pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

• Manages domestic and international shipments, preparing all necessary shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs declarations).

• Ensures compliance with customs regulations, tariff classifications, and duties for both import and export shipments.

• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert on international trade regulations, sanctions, and embargo policies.

• Provides freight quotes, arranges pick-ups, and plans for large rollouts as needed.

• Supports all material handling of inbound and outbound products.

• Assists with coordinating warehouse activities including team member assignments, cycle counting, and inventory management.

• Ensures the organization and maintenance of the warehouse and shipping areas.

• Prepares materials for outbound transportation, ensuring proper packaging and routing.

• Helps improve and standardize processes such as cycle counting, product tagging, and overall warehouse operations.

• Maintains accurate shipping files, product databases, and all required documentation.

• Investigates and resolves discrepancies related to freight bills, lost shipments, and claims.

• Assists with safety investigations, including documentation and near-miss reports.

• Maintains compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company policies and procedures.

• Keeps the shipping and warehouse areas clean and organized.

• Builds a positive work environment and fosters open communication among team members.

• Supports the Warehouse Supervisor in their absence.

• Contributes to excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.

• Maintains a high level of integrity and work ethic.

• Maintains professionalism in all verbal and written communications.
