In this role, the Coordinator is responsible for maintaining ownership of all service-related metrics, ensuring performance targets are met while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. The position also leads the investigation of invoice adjustments, conducting root cause analyses to identify process gaps, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurring issues. Through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional partnership, and a relentless focus on service excellence, the Service Coordinator helps drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business results. Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Effective collaboration and communication with other roles in the DCs and Region to drive service results. Leverage available tools and reports to understand the performance and opportunities at the DC and act to proactively address challenges. Investigate invoice adjustments to determine the root cause. Accountability for all Service Metrics. Travel: Up to 5% Travel Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required 1+ years experience with Warehouse Management Systems and computer work 1+ years experience in Warehouse/Logistics and general supply chain knowledge Understanding of dashboard reporting tools Strong Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word Intellectual curiosity and comfort receiving/providing feedback to others.
