We are seeking a Warehouse (Onsite) Coordinator in Madera, CA to oversee daily operations, supervise employees, and ensure safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Pay is $20/hour with a PM shift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM), requiring open availability and overtime as needed. Benefits include medical, dental, vacation, holidays, telemedicine, and paid sick leave.
Requirements include bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and computer skills in MS Office. Warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
This role involves managing attendance, conducting safety meetings, certifications, safety walks, maintaining reports, issuing disciplinary actions, and supporting employee communication.
