Position Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description

The Warehouse Coordinator oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure materials, products, and inventory move efficiently through a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong warehouse experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with production teams. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, organizing warehouse space, and supporting safe, efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations — Manage the flow of materials and products throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy — Track, organize, and reconcile materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments — Verify documentation, inspect shipments, and ensure timely movement of goods.
• Organize warehouse space — Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
• Move materials throughout the facility — Support production needs by staging and delivering materials.
• Support manufacturing teams — Ensure production has the materials required to meet schedules.
• Maintain accurate records — Document inventory movement, shipments, and received items.
• Follow all safety procedures — Promote and maintain compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.
• Assist with process improvements — Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
