Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Nashua, NH
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Possible OT)
Work Type: On-Site
Pay Rate: $22/hr W2
Duration: 4/6/2026 – Possible Extension
Conversion: Potential to convert to Full-Time Employee (FTE)
Reason for Opening: Backfill for an open position
Warehouse Size: Small warehouse
Team Structure: Working alongside another Warehouse Coordinator
Position Overview
The Warehouse Coordinator will support daily shipping, logistics, and administrative operations within a small warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple shipping deadlines while supporting Logistics, Calibration, and Repair teams.
Primary Responsibilities- Coordinate and support Shipping and Logistics team activities, planning, and daily operations
- Prepare incoming and outgoing shipping documentation in compliance with domestic and international requirements
- Generate shipping labels and waybills for local and global carriers
- Update service and work orders with shipping details and documentation
- Review, create, and edit work orders in alignment with current policies and operational capabilities
- Monitor shipment status reports to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements
- Manage part and inventory processes, including inventory control, status tracking, and documentation
- Create and manage department supply, parts, equipment, and accessory orders
- Coordinate internal and outsourced calibration and repair activities
- Generate, revise, track, and provide status on repair quotations and outsourced work
- Review outgoing orders to ensure work order accuracy and customer compliance
- Manage work-in-progress listings, priorities, and order exceptions
- Support daily shipping throughput of approximately 30–60 orders per day
Administrative & Operational Support- Monitor and respond to emails and internal requests
- Contact Customer Contact Center as needed
- Coordinate customer pickups and courier services (PUD)
- Perform physical inventory counts
- Process DOA and PRP returns to factory
- Handle special or non-routine shipment requests
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the shipping and logistics lifecycle
Safety & Compliance- Observe proper housekeeping and warehouse safety procedures
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and report any unusual conditions or potential hazards
Required Skills & Qualifications- 1+ year of relevant warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Excellent communication skills
- Receiving and shipping experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet daily shipment deadlines
Nice-to-Have Skills- Strong software and Microsoft Office skills
- Prior experience supporting logistics or administrative teams
Education- High School Diploma or GED required
Software & Technical Skills- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional email communication
