SIGN ON BONUS! Full time employees will be eligible for a $500 sign on bonus once completing 30 days of employment (must work every scheduled day to be paid out!)
WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
$21.00–$24.50/hour
All Shifts Available
1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:30 PM–7:00 AM
What You’ll Do:
- Operate forklifts, turret trucks, and other powered warehouse equipment
- Coordinate pick lists, shipments, and material returns
- Track and reconcile inventory using SAP
- Issue labels and stage materials for production
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries and maintain documentation
- Audit inventory and investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Work closely with production, warehouse, and transportation teams
- Help train forklift operators on proper SAP processes and procedures
- Follow all safety, GMP, OSHA, DOT, and EPA requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Forklift/PIT experience required
- SAP experience preferred
- HazMat certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear required PPE
INVENTORY CLERK
$20.00–$23.50/hour to start
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
Some weekend overtime may be required
Join our Label Room team and help ensure labels are accurately received, issued, inspected, and reconciled to support production.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive and process product labels into SAP
- Prepare, issue, inspect, and reconcile labels for production
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Work with other departments to investigate and resolve label and inventory issues
- Stage labels and label cages for production
- Process returned labels and ensure inventory balances are accurate
- Perform physical inventory checks and correct discrepancies
- Operate and maintain automated labeling equipment
- Follow established SOPs, Work Instructions, GMP, and safety requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of warehouse clerical experience strongly preferred
- Previous SAP experience preferred
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear required PPE
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk, reach, bend, stoop, crouch, push, and pull as needed
- Forklift experience a plus
