What You'll Be Doing

Your day starts with making sure the warehouse is ready. Deliveries get checked for quality, quantity, and accuracy. Trucks, bins, tools, and safety gear are where they should be. Nothing gets left to chance.

You'll keep technicians moving by disbursing inventory, replenishing trucks and bins daily, and getting equipment or parts out fast when needed. When you do this well, you cut downtime and help both the Service and Install teams win.

You'll also own the details most people overlook. Inventory counts. Warranty returns. Vendor coordination. Fleet and trailer upkeep. Clean, safe, stocked vehicles. This is the kind of role where people notice when you're good, because everything runs smoother.

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. This role is expected to work 30 to 45 hours per week. You'll also have access to performance-based bonuses, continued training and growth opportunities, and a company vehicle.

Who We're Looking For

You'll do well here if you're organized, independent, responsible, and calm when there's a lot going on. You take pride in a clean warehouse, accurate counts, stocked trucks, and equipment that's ready to go when the team needs it.

• You have strong organization skills and can multitask.
• You know equipment, materials, and tools used in the work.
• You have a valid driver's license.
• You can work independently and bring a positive can-do attitude.
• You can use computer programs and technology for inventory and ordering.
• You can drive a forklift or can obtain forklift certification within 60 days.
• You can back a trailer.
• You can lift 50 pounds and handle a physical role that includes standing, bending, climbing, reaching, and carrying.
• You care about safety, consistency, and keeping private business matters confidential.
• You want to keep learning and help new employees learn too.
