Warehouse Coordinator

Job Title: Projects Room / Warehouse Coordinator
Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Projects Room / Warehouse Coordinator to manage warehouse projects, work orders, inventory activities, and team operations within the Projects Room. This role will coordinate daily workflows, ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule, maintain inventory accuracy, and serve as a liaison between warehouse operations, manufacturing teams, and corporate departments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, production coordination, or project management, along with strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse project activities, special projects, and assigned work orders.
• Coordinate kitting, labeling, assembly, and component preparation activities.
• Review, prioritize, and schedule work orders to meet production deadlines.
• Assign tasks and provide direction to Projects Room associates.
• Coordinate temporary labor needs to support project requirements.
• Work closely with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to ensure project completion.
• Organize and assemble materials/components required for each work order.
• Perform final inspections to verify completed projects meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records including receiving, counting, storage, and material tracking.
• Update work orders, inventory transactions, and project information within company systems.
• Support process improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and productivity.
• Train employees on procedures, processes, and job responsibilities.
• Assist with employee performance feedback and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, or distribution operations.
• Previous team lead, coordinator, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse systems.
• Ability to read work orders, instructions, and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Experience:

• Warehouse project coordination
• Kitting or assembly operations
• Inventory control
• ERP/WMS systems (ABAS or similar systems preferred)
• Manufacturing or distribution environments
