As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely fulfillment of orders. This position bridges communication between the warehouse, logistics partners, and internal teams to support Rezo Haircare’s growing distribution needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems
• Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and freight partners
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, meeting internal SLAs
• Identify and resolve shipping, inventory, or fulfillment discrepancies
• Maintain warehouse organization and support process improvements for efficiency
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and supply chain teams
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with inventory management or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with physical warehouse tasks as needed (lifting, standing, moving product)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, personal care, or e-commerce fulfillment
• Familiarity with shipping carriers and freight coordination
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
