WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR$21.00-$24.50/hourAll Shifts Available1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-3:00 PM2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM-11:00 PM3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 10:30 PM-7:00 AMWhat You'll Do:

Operate forklifts, turret trucks, and other powered warehouse equipmentCoordinate pick lists, shipments, and material returnsTrack and reconcile inventory using SAPIssue labels and stage materials for productionCoordinate inbound and outbound deliveries and maintain documentationAudit inventory and investigate and resolve discrepanciesWork closely with production, warehouse, and transportation teamsHelp train forklift operators on proper SAP processes and proceduresFollow all safety, GMP, OSHA, DOT, and EPA requirements

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious warehouse or manufacturing experienceForklift/PIT experience requiredSAP experience preferredHazMat certification is a plusStrong attention to detail and communication skillsProactive, problem-solving mindsetAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear required PPE

INVENTORY CLERK$20.00-$23.50/hour to startScheduleMonday-Friday | 10:00 AM-6:30 PMSome weekend overtime may be requiredJoin our Label Room team and help ensure labels are accurately received, issued, inspected, and reconciled to support production.What You'll Do:

Receive and process product labels into SAPPrepare, issue, inspect, and reconcile labels for productionMaintain accurate inventory records and documentationWork with other departments to investigate and resolve label and inventory issuesStage labels and label cages for productionProcess returned labels and ensure inventory balances are accuratePerform physical inventory checks and correct discrepanciesOperate and maintain automated labeling equipmentFollow established SOPs, Work Instructions, GMP, and safety requirements

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent requiredAt least 1 year of warehouse clerical experience strongly preferredPrevious SAP experience preferredManufacturing or warehouse experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear required PPEAbility to sit and stand for extended periodsAbility to walk, reach, bend, stoop, crouch, push, and pull as neededForklift experience a plus
