Warehouse Crewmember

Overview:

The Warehouse crewmember is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Will assist the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Lead in receiving and transferring products and supplies for the warehouse department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all receiving and delivery functions including: unloading trucks, maintain accurate counts, and matching counts to packing slips and purchase orders.
• Assist in moving deliveries to designated areas in the warehouse and stage for storage and distribution.
• Aid in the preparation and distribution of food, beverage and merchandise on the property with an emphasis on accuracy in a timely manner.
• Assist in expediting delivery of supplies and equipment to all appropriate departments.
• Straighten, sweep, and clean the warehouse to maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Follow all safety policies in Landry's Safety Program.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma and warehouse/retail experience is preferred; or equivalent
• Able to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
• Able to solve everyday issues that pop up during standard tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud environment with regular exposure to hot, cold or humid weather conditions
