Warehouse Custodial (2nd shift)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Dress Code: Required PPE includes steel-toe shoes.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment. This role handles interior and exterior trash removal, debris pickup, pallet management, restroom servicing, and daily operation of floor cleaning equipment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Interior and exterior trash pickup - Collect trash throughout the warehouse, loading docks, parking areas, and building perimeter.
• Trash hopper collection - Transport and empty trash hoppers safely and efficiently.
• Pallet and debris removal - Remove loose pallets, shrink wrap, cardboard, and debris from floors and work areas.
• Daily scrubber operation - Run the floor scrubber each day to maintain clean, safe warehouse aisles.
• Restroom trash removal - Empty restroom trash cans and replace liners.
• Restroom restocking - Refill toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other supplies.
• General facility upkeep - Support overall cleanliness standards and report spills, hazards, or maintenance issues.

This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period, but these may become available upon conversion to a permanent role.

What We're Looking For

• 3 yrs of experience in warehouse or custodial work.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor conditions.
• Ability to operate or learn warehouse cleaning equipment (scrubber, hopper, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
