2nd shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

3rd shift: 8:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Monday through Friday

About the Role:

Join our team as a Warehouse Customer Service representative in Tempe, Arizona, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support within a busy warehouse environment. Your efforts will include assisting customers over the phone, processing data entry related to orders and warehouse activities, and supporting administrative tasks. This position offers opportunities for growth in developing new workflows for after-hours support, with work on 2nd or 3rd shifts. Success in this role is driven by strong customer service skills, warehouse knowledge, and attention to detail, with training provided on SAP and S+ systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer phone calls and provide support for after-hours customer inquiries
• Perform data entry related to customer orders and warehouse operations
• Offer administrative support including documentation and workflow procedures
• Assist with warehouse tasks as needed, including equipment handling such as RF scanners and Cherry pickers
• Support process development under the guidance of process developers
• Utilize RF scanners in warehouse operations
• Contribute to creating and maintaining work instructions and training materials
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer service
• Support data management and administrative duties to facilitate customer support operations
• Take over customer support responsibilities outside regular business hours
• Assist in handling customer products and inquiries using warehouse systems

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with general warehouse operations
• Ability to operate RF scanners
• Customer service and administrative support experience
• Familiarity with data entry tasks
• Willingness to learn SAP and S+ systems (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Work authorization for evening shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers
• Experience handling customer support in a warehouse or logistics environment

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and handle up to 40 lbs
• Standing, walking, and warehouse activity during shifts
• Noise levels typical of warehouse settings
• Use of PPE as required
