Job Title: Cycle Counter
City: Marana
Pay Rate: $22.25/hour
Morning shiftMonday-Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Responsibilities- Perform daily cycle counts on products and materials
- Verify physical inventory matches system records such as WMS or ERP
- Investigate discrepancies including missing, damaged, or misplaced items
- Update inventory systems using scanners or computers
- Track and report inventory accuracy and variances to supervisors
- Assist in locating lost or misplaced inventory
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and picking when needed
- Maintain clean and safe work areas and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math and data entry skills
- Experience with warehouse systems such as RF scanners or WMS
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift items as needed
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to also work independently
- Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not required
