Warehouse & Delivery Associate – Wine Distribution (Houston, TX)Job Type: Part-time
Hours per week:30 hours guaranteed, with flexibility for additional hours
Schedule:- Primary shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Initial training period will include frequent shifts between 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM to learn receiving, routing, and warehouse processes
- After training, early-morning hours will be as needed to support business demands
- 30 hours per week guaranteed, with flexibility for additional hours
Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable
Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support our Houston distribution operation. This role is primarily warehouse-based with
local driving approximately one day per week and
occasional out-of-town based on business needs.
Responsibilities- Pull, stage, and check orders accurately
- Receive and verify incoming shipments
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Assist with local deliveries; occasional out-of-town trips as needed
- Perform basic vehicle safety checks before driving
- Communicate with warehouse, operations, and sales teams
Requirements- Must be 21 years or older
- Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred
- Driving experience a plus
- Ability to consistently lift 30–50 lbs
- Must pass a drug test
- Clean driving record required
- Comfortable working independently
- Willingness to work occasional early mornings (4 AM–8 AM)
Pay:- $16.00 per hour to start
- 90-day introductory period with performance review
- 30 hours per week guaranteed, with flexibility for additional hours
- Pay progression to $18–$20 per hour as role reaches full scope
