Description

Job Title: Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator Location: Carrollton, TX; Candidate must be within driving distance from the Carrollton office locationMetro Elevator DFW, Inc. ("Metro Elevator", "Metro") is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse & Delivery Manager to support our field operations by managing warehouse activities and delivering materials, tools, and equipment to various job sites. This position plays an essential role in ensuring crews have the resources they need to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Job Responsibilities:Safely operate company vehicles, including pickup trucks, vans, and larger delivery vehicles, to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites. Coordinate daily deliveries and pickups while maintaining timely and professional service. Load, unload, organize, and transport inventory within the warehouse and at project locations. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products and supplies safely. Assist field teams by ensuring required materials, tools, and equipment are available when needed and certified. Track and maintain warehouse inventory, including specialized tools and equipment. Receive incoming shipments, verify deliveries, and process outgoing shipments. Keep warehouse facilities, storage areas, and yard spaces clean, organized, and safe. Monitor vehicle conditions and coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations. Perform additional duties and support operational needs as assigned. Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, delivery, logistics, or material handling experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. DOT certification or ability to obtain required certifications, if applicable. Forklift experience preferred but not required. Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
