Position Summary

South Town Painting is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator to support our field operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing warehouse operations, delivering paint and materials to job sites, and ensuring crews have the equipment and supplies needed to perform efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to helping projects stay on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Track and maintain inventory levels using Microsoft Excel and company systems.
• Receive, organize, and stock paint, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when materials need to be reordered.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and usage.

Equipment Management

• Check equipment and tools in and out to field personnel.
• Inspect equipment for damage and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Maintain organized records of equipment assignments and returns.

Delivery & Field Support

• Deliver paint, materials, tools, and equipment to job sites safely and on time.
• Support field crews by ensuring they have the resources needed to complete projects.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Coordinate deliveries to minimize project delays.

Warehouse Operations

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain proper storage of paints, coatings, and materials.
• Assist with facility maintenance and general upkeep.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, is a requirement.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of paint products and painting equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Forward-thinking mindset and willingness to support team needs.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
