Warehouse Department Lead

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00/hr

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Department Lead for our client in the logistics industry to start immediately at $22-$23/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

  • Communicate production updates throughout the day
  • Coordinate with Warehouse for material movements
  • Collaborate with Customer Service on schedule changes
  • Monitor labor efficiency during shifts
  • Complete accurate production documentation
  • Verify production counts and assist with inventory accuracy
  • Support audits and identify potential production issues
  • Resolve daily operational concerns and escalate major problems
  • Recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership (Lead or Supervisor) experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, warehouse management systems)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift
  • Able to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Preferred: experience with repack or contract packaging, lean manufacturing, forklift certification, Bilingual (English/Spanish)
