Warehouse Department Lead
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00/hr

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Department Lead for our client in the logistics industry to start immediately at $22-$23/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Communicate production updates throughout the day
- Coordinate with Warehouse for material movements
- Collaborate with Customer Service on schedule changes
- Monitor labor efficiency during shifts
- Complete accurate production documentation
- Verify production counts and assist with inventory accuracy
- Support audits and identify potential production issues
- Resolve daily operational concerns and escalate major problems
- Recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Minimum 1 year of leadership (Lead or Supervisor) experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, warehouse management systems)
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Able to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Preferred: experience with repack or contract packaging, lean manufacturing, forklift certification, Bilingual (English/Spanish)
