Warehouse Department Trainer-Overnight Machine Operations

Pay Range: $19.47 - $23.65 hourly (+$4 Overnight Differential)

As NFM's Warehouse Department Trainer, you will train new staff in the safe, effective and efficient handling of products following all applicable department methods. Training will consist of all methods for Safety, Service and Production within the department as well as other training as assigned.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

Monitor Identify, report, and take positive steps to correct any safety/security deficiency affecting NFM staffManage Deliver training programs for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standardsPlan Attend OSHA required safety classes and specific training as mandated by NFM (e.g. quality related classes, Service Plus, Back Education, etc.)Assist Familiar with workload priorities, ensure timelines are met

Must meet minimum age requirement of 18 years oldHigh School Diploma or GED preferred1-year labor or warehouse experienceNFM Warehouse experience preferred for internal candidatesLift test requirement: ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the departmentAbility to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needsPre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
