Job Description: Warehouse & Distribution Lead
As a Warehouse & Distribution Lead, you will assist in leading all logistics and warehouse operations across one main distribution center (Pasadena) and four satellite warehouses (St. Gabriel, Nederland, Odessa, and Corpus Christi). This role will be involved in end-to-end activities including inventory control, transportation, safety, and compliance while ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service.
Responsibilities
  • Assist Warehouse Manager in day-to-day operations of five locations, ensuring consistency in processes, safety, and performance.
  • Supervise warehouse & drivers based in Pasadena.
  • Be the subject matter expert in receiving, shipping, storage, and transportation activities in compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and WMS standards.
  • Improve inventory accuracy, order fulfillment accuracy, and on-time delivery (OTD).
  • Coordinate and assist leadership with fleet management. 
  • Assist in resolving transportation or delivery issues to ensure cost efficiency and reliability.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with several departments; including Sales, Customer Experience, and Manufacturing teams to align shipping schedules with production and customer needs.
  • Lead the training of warehouse and logistics staff to promote safety, efficiency, and engagement.
  • Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Advanced education is preferred, with a minimum of 4 years of warehouse and distribution experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, and 3PL systems preferred; IQMS experience is a plus.
  • Customer-focused, solutions-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
