Position Title: Warehouse/Distribution Operator
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Job Type: Contract (Approx. 18 Months)
Pay Rate: $22.02/hour
Work Model: Onsite
Schedule:5:45 PM - 6:00 AM (2-2-3 Schedule)

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Distribution Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to accuracy, productivity, and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support order fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
• Receive, unload, and put away manufactured products and raw materials.
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and enter receipts into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Utilize the computerized warehouse management system to process and fulfill orders.
• Perform inventory-related tasks such as cycle counting and material disposition.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards, including OSHA, FDA, and DEA requirements.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate punctuality and maintain consistent attendance for all scheduled shifts.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
