Overview
Seeking an experienced Warehouse/Distribution Operator to support receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping operations in a distribution warehouse. Candidates must be comfortable working part of the day in a chilled environment (36°F - 46°F) and operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5-7 years of warehouse/distribution experience.
  • Experience with SAP, Exacta, RF scanners, or similar Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/EWM).
  • 3-5 years operating multiple PIT equipment types:
    • Swing Reach Truck
    • Stand-Up Forklift
    • Cherry Picker
    • Rider Pallet Jack
    • Sit-Down Forklift
  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to cross-train and work overtime as needed.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
  • Receive, inspect, and put away products and materials.
  • Unload trucks and process receipts in the WMS.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory transactions.
  • Operate PIT equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow OSHA, FDA, DEA, and company safety requirements.
