2nd Shift Schedule: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM, Monday-Friday, with an additional 10% shift differential.

You'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, mentoring team members, driving productivity, and helping ensure critical healthcare products reach patients around the world.

What You'll Do

As a 2nd Shift Team Lead, you will support daily operations while helping train, coach, and direct team members to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.

  • Training new hires in all aspects of our Support department which consists of Case Picking, Pallet Picking, SAS Picking, Replenishments, AutoStore input and Receiving
  • Direct resources in the distribution center based on production needs, established rates and daily resources
  • Address productivity concerns with Operators in real time and escalate to Supervisor as necessary
  • Complete powered industrial truck certifications
  • Fills in when Supervisor is off - collects data, populates and speaks to daily visual management board
  • Use of powered industrial equipment - Stand Up Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Walkie Rider, Order Picker
  • Use of computer / SAP to troubleshoot issues - zero picks, consolidations, incorrect product, etc.
  • Use a portable RF scanner to complete tasks in the system
  • Use a computer to move product in an automated storage and retrieval system
  • Assist other departments (Picking and Shipping) when needed
  • Maintain appropriate productivity, quality and attendance

  • Has strong attention to detail, including identifying product numbers, lot numbers, and expiration dates
  • Can receive, understand, and accurately respond to direction from supervisors and managers
  • Is comfortable operating RF devices, voice-pick equipment, handheld scanners, and powered industrial equipment

Qualifications

Required:

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Basic computer skills - MS Office Suite, SAP, Outlook
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous Team Lead experience in a distribution center with stand up powered industrial trucks

The base pay range for this position is:

$49,810 - $68,486

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
