Position Overview

Our Warehouse and Delivery Driver for branch operations is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe warehouse and showroom environment, receiving inventory and stocking in accordance with an established plan, picking stock, and loading customers. This individual will deliver to company warehouses, retail showrooms and jobsites, unloading trucks in the warehouse and at delivery points as necessary, while maintaining a clean DMV, following all laws and regulations, and maintaining a delivery route with efficiency in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Safely deliver flooring and flooring-related products to customer jobsites and other branch locations

Provide friendly, professional service during all customer interactions

Perform warehouse duties, including:

Receiving and checking in product shipments

Stocking and organizing racks, shelves, and inventory

Pulling, staging, and preparing customer orders and interbranch transfers

Assisting with loading/unloading trucks

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Accurately complete paperwork, delivery logs, and inventory records

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required)

Previous warehouse, delivery driver, or related experience preferred

Ability to lift and move flooring materials and related products (50+ lbs.)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

High energy, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented

Team player with a positive attitude, willing to learn and take direction
