MIELKE Mechanical Holdings, Inc. are seeking a reliable and motivated full-time Warehouse Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of plumbing materials and equipment to job sites and customers, as well as assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations. You’ll be an essential part of our supply chain, supporting our field teams with the tools and materials they need to get the job done right.

• Pay: $26 – $30/hour, offer dependent on experience

The right candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license (CDL or willing to take class encouraged)
• Truck and Trailer experience
• Clean driving record required
• 3+ year of delivery driving or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Basic understanding of plumbing materials and tools is a plus
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willing to train)

Our Warehouse Driver will:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver plumbing supplies and materials to various locations
• Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring all items are properly secured
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain signatures for deliveries
• Inspect vehicles daily and report any issues or required maintenance
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory in the warehouse
• Pull and prepare materials for scheduled deliveries and pickups
• Ensure the warehouse and delivery areas are clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, dispatchers, and customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
