The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a seasonal Warehouse Driver to join our team at Niagara Falls State Park in Niagara Falls, New York.

As a Driver, you will be responsible for driving non-CDL vehicles safely transporting guests between various destinations on and off our property. Pay: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour

What Will You Do

As a Warehouse Driver, you will:

• Perform transfers of products and/or merchandise to and from the warehouse by driving company-owned vehicles.
• Responsible for receiving products and merchandise, checking for quality and damages to items, and the proper storage of the delivered products and merchandise.
• Perform physical inventory as needed.
• Processes requests for supplies, prepares merchandise for delivery, and prepares packages for shipping according to established procedures.
• Ensures security of company assets.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.
• Other driving needs that are assigned.

More About You

To be a successful Warehouse Driver, you must:

• Have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication.
• Ability to maintain a safe atmosphere on the vehicle at all times.
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Physical requirements:
• Vision must be sufficient that the driver is not restricted in the performance of duties day or night.
• Must be able to stand and bend for long periods of time.
• Must be able to speak clearly and communicate well.
• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching during the entire length of shift.
