Warehouse Facilities

Our client in Northwest Houston is looking for a Warehouse Facilities Worker to perform various types of facilities and maintenance needs, product packing and unpacking in accordance with established procedures and standards; receives and stocks incoming equipment, materials, and supplies; and prepares shipments. Prepares lock and locker orders by processing, pulling, prepping, and testing materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery area.

Fully in office 
$20-$22/hour
The primary hours are 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. 

Qualifications:

Experience in maintenance tasks such as electrical work, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance.
High School Diploma recommended.

Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently.

Bilingual skills are a plus.
Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions.
Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Should be willing to work in shifts and for long hours when necessary.
Should be capable of working in demanding situations when required.
 

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform the physical labor necessary.
Physical ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must be physically fit and healthy to do laborious work.
Lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
Wear appropriate safety equipment.
Should have strong hand-eye coordination.
Ability to operate various hand tools.
Ability to operate electric and manual pallet jacks.
Operate a stretch wrap machine.
Unload 40' containers as part of a team.
