This position will lead warehouse operations for Om Manufacturing's Lehi, UT facility and oversee the upkeep of multiple residential properties, grounds, and facilities. Think of it as part warehouse supervisor, part facilities and maintenance lead, and part property caretaker. It is not a traditional property management role. You won't be collecting rent or managing tenants. You'll be the person making sure the warehouse runs smoothly and every property is maintained, repaired, landscaped, and in great shape. We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience who takes pride in running a tight, well-organized operation and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
This is a hands-on role, not a desk job. You will supervise the team while working side by side with them every day, doing the work alongside them. Expect to spend most of your day on your feet, in the warehouse, at the properties, and outdoors. If you're looking for an office-based management position, this isn't the right fit.
Job Duties
This role has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Team Supervision: Work alongside the team every day, setting priorities and training by example.
- Warehouse Operations: Handle receiving, shipping, and cycle counts, and keep inventory accurate and the warehouse organized and stocked for production.
- Multiple Residence Management: Oversee upkeep of multiple residential properties, including walkthroughs, repairs, cleaning, and seasonal prep.
- Landscaping & Grounds: Coordinate with our outside landscaper and cover any grounds work they don't handle, such as mowing, trimming, cleanup, and snow removal.
- Facilities & Equipment Maintenance: Handle general repairs on buildings and equipment, and bring in contractors for bigger jobs.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with carriers, suppliers, and contractors to get work done on time and on budget.
- Safety: Enforce company safety standards across all locations.

- Maintenance and repair requests completed on time
- Property and grounds condition on routine walkthroughs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, facilities maintenance, property upkeep, or a similar hands-on role. A mix of these is ideal.
- Practical skills in general maintenance and repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry) and landscaping or grounds care.
- Prior experience supervising a team while working alongside them.
- Comfortable splitting time between the warehouse and multiple residential properties; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Working knowledge of Inventory Management, Microsoft and Google products.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with production, purchasing, vendors, and contractors.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certifications or facilities/maintenance training preferred.
- This is a physical role: ability to stand, walk, climb, and kneel for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and safely operate warehouse and landscaping equipment.
Pay: $30 – $35/hour
