Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse & Production Associate / Floater for a short-term assignment in Tulsa. This versatile role supports multiple departments, including shipping, production, inventory, and forklift operations, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, and willing to assist wherever needed to help keep operations running smoothly.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous forklift experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and communication skills
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate a forklift to move and stage materials
Assist with processing parcel shipments and preparing outgoing orders
Support production activities as needed across multiple departments
Perform inventory counts, stock checks, and material organization
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
Complete additional warehouse and production assignments as directed
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse, production, or distribution experience
Inventory control and shipping experience
Experience working in multiple warehouse departments
Forklift certification or proven forklift operating experience
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
Fast-paced warehouse and production facility
Variety of responsibilities across multiple departments
Team-oriented environment focused on safety and efficiency
Temporary assignment lasting approximately six weeks
