The Warehouse Flow Manager is responsible for overseeing the movement of inventory, products, and materials throughout a high-volume distribution facility to ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and service excellence. This role leads and develops warehouse teams, monitors workflow processes, and collaborates with cross-functional partners to optimize throughput, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance. The Warehouse Flow Manager analyzes operational performance metrics, identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, and implements solutions that support customer expectations and business objectives.
Supporting a large-scale distribution operation of approximately 409,000 square feet, the Warehouse Flow Manager plays a critical role in coordinating daily activities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Compensation Information:
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Maximum Pay Range: 87693
