ResponsibilitiesOversee receiving equipment from all types of truckingStore and Inventory EquipmentAll inventory must be managed with Business CentralAsist in conducting Physical InventoryIdentifying equipment and store in proper locationHandling equipment properlyFollow coordinator process to release merchandise (No Shipping prior to payment)Logistics - Quoting and estimatesMaintain logistics relationships and sourcingAttend regular coordinator meetings with Supervisor to forecast incoming containers and outgoing shipmentsWAREHOUSE SAFETY & MAINTENANCE:Ensure all protocols are taken when handling equipment with personnel in accordance with OSHA recommendations.Report all issues and inaccuracies to supervisorComplete safety certifications: forklift, scissor lift, pallet jack and boom liftWork with supervisor to maintain warehouse and other propertiesOccasional Grounds maintenance, including snow removalAssist to oversee regular maintenance & inspections of all warehouse equipment, including;company vehicles, forklifts, electric jacks, snowblowers, lawnmowers, etc. Ensuring all machinery is clean, functional, and safely storedCOMMUNICATION:Monitor & implement improvements for efficiencyAttend meetings with other departments and provide updatesAsist Supervisor with other team managementDelegate tasks & ensure workflow continues efficiently throughout the dayTRADESHOWS:Shipping & ReceivingMange and inventory all tradeshow assets: including booth structures, displays and machineryInspect, clean, maintain & properly package all tradeshow inventoryAll of the above also when returned to Prospero locationsSee that all tradeshow inventory is shipped & received according to datesContinuously review tradeshow requirements, schedules and venue compliance with TeamAsist when need with onsite support of tradeshows
