Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Warehouse Foreman on behalf of a growing sheet metal fabrication company in North Highlands. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can keep warehouse operations running efficiently while leading the team with professionalism, accountability, and respect.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations and coordinate workflow
Lead, coach, and mentor warehouse employees while maintaining accountability
Assign work priorities and ensure production schedules are met
Monitor safety, quality, and housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse
Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement as needed
Communicate effectively with production and management teams
Address employee performance professionally and constructively
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
Previous warehouse leadership or foreman experience required
Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, sheet metal, or industrial environments is a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a respectful, mentoring approach
Organized, dependable, and able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
