Summary



The Warehouse Foreman oversees all activities of all junior and senior Warehouse Personnel in the Warehouse Manager’s absence. This is a working Foreman position; this person will be expected to work alongside the team as needed and are expected to work an on site schedule based out of our St. Paul, MN location.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities



+ Supervise and mentor all Warehouse Personnel.

+ Pulling and prepping of shows.

+ Responsible for warehouse organization and cleanliness.

+ Attend appropriate team meetings when needed.

+ Monitor returned properties.

+ Manage service requests promptly. Resolve issues quickly.

+ Responsible for maintaining a safe environment and implementing procedures and regulations to insure safety of all personnel.

+ Other duties as assigned.


Education & Experience



+ Previous Warehouse experience preferred.

+ Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

+ Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team player.

+ Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
