Warehouse Forklift Associate

We are looking for a talented, driven individual to join our 1st shift team in Fridley, MN, where we focus on precision, efficiency, and superior customer satisfaction.

1st Shift: 5AM-1:30PM
Pay: Starting at $20-21/hr

Summary:

Join our team in a crucial role that keeps our materials and manufacturing operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading, unloading, and transporting production materials using a variety of forklifts.

Responsibilities:

• Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload flatbeds and freight trucks safely using a forklift.
• Material Handling: Pull raw materials from the warehouse and deliver them to production areas.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records within our ERP system.
• General Production Support: Assist with mechanical engine tear-downs and other labor tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven prior experience operating forklifts is required.
• Certification: Current forklift certification is a plus (Reviva will provide required recertification).
• Industry Knowledge: Past material handling experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient typing skills and the ability to confidently navigate computer software.

Work Environment/Physical demand:

This is a large product warehouse setting. This job requires employees to stand for 8-10 hours. The environment on the floor is usually hot and humid in the summer months and involves standing on cement floors with exposure to chemicals and metal particles. PPE always required on warehouse floor. 

Shift:

1^st Shift: 5am-1:30pm Monday - Friday. This Job may require daily, or weekend hours as needed.
