Warehouse Associate – Claremore, OK
HireCall is hiring Warehouse Associates for a valued client in Claremore, OK!
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
HireCall is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates with forklift experience to join a growing team in Claremore. If you're safety-focused, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse and yard
- Load and unload merchandise for customers, vendors, and company delivery drivers
- Receive inbound shipments and verify product quantities, descriptions, and condition
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain accurate inventory by reporting shortages or damaged merchandise
- Assist with loading outbound deliveries and customer orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Forklift operating experience is required
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Occasionally assist with lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Repetitive use of hands and wrists
- Reach overhead and climb ladders or steps as needed
